1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services, websites, and applications offered by Elite Sales Consulting LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), including the ReplicaMii™ automated voice and SMS text employee platform available at replicamii.com.

By accessing our website, submitting an interactive demo form, or subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. SMS / Text Messaging Terms of Service

Elite Sales Consulting LLC provides automated SMS text messaging services through the ReplicaMii platform. When you provide your mobile phone number on our website or demo form:

  • Program Description: Users opting in will receive automated conversational SMS responses, appointment scheduling confirmations, customer service inquiries, and service reminders from ReplicaMii on behalf of Elite Sales Consulting LLC and participating small businesses.
  • Opt-In Consent: By entering your mobile number, checking the opt-in box, and clicking "Start interactive demo" or submitting any contact form, you expressly consent to receive conversational and transactional text messages sent via automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with the automated assistant and appointment bookings.
  • Cost & Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless provider for details regarding your text messaging plan.
  • Cancellation / Opt-Out (STOP): You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to our number. We will send you an SMS to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, simply sign up again on our website.
  • Customer Support (HELP): If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach us directly at support@replicamii.com or (888) 388-9434.
  • Carrier Disclaimer: Wireless carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy: We strictly do not sell, rent, or share SMS consent or phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.

3. Subscription, Pricing & Payments

ReplicaMii services are billed on a recurring monthly subscription basis (such as the ReplicaMii Complete plan at $697/month). Subscriptions can be purchased online through our secure payment portal or over the phone with an authorized Elite Sales Consulting representative.

Subscriptions include voice minute and text allocations as detailed on our Pricing page. You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to the next billing cycle.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ReplicaMii for any unlawful, harassing, fraudulent, or abusive purpose, nor to transmit spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or content that violates applicable TCPA, CTIA, or FCC telecommunications regulations.

5. Limitation of Liability

Elite Sales Consulting LLC provides the ReplicaMii services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from missed calls, network downtime, or carrier message delivery delays.
